Great location, decent pricing for the area. Leasing team was great, Natallia was fast to respond and super helpful. Definitely one of the better buildings.

We are sooo happy with Gateway - just moved a couple weeks. Our apartment is gorgeous, spacious, has a stunning view, and so much natural light. The apartment building is awesome - everyone is so kind and the doormen are very helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful apartments, wonderful staff, gorgeous gardens, and the most convenient location, accessible to all subways. And a special thank you to Kireolos, who is so kind, and is such a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Gateway.

The rental process is very easy and well organized. A website with qualified movers and insurance companies is provided. And the apartment is just renovated. Highly recommended!
